Week 2
You and I are going to suffer in this world. Pain and problems will be a part of our lives. Trials and tribulations will be ours. Sometimes they will be the direct results of our own sinful decisions. Other times the source will be the sinful decisions of those around us. Ultimately the source of every pain and sorrow is sin and its effects on the world.
Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will give us later. Romans 8:18 (NLT)
We’re reminded that what we are going through now is only temporary. Suffering doesn’t follow us into eternity. We understand the value of sufferings in this present time and they simply don’t compare to what’s up ahead. Any suffering for Christ sake is small compared to the great and grand gracious benefits awaiting us in the presence of Jesus.

10/21/2017 – Our Suffering Now Can’t Be Compared to Glory Then from Calvary Church Colorado on Vimeo.
I know the bible says no pain and suffering in heaven but in 2 Corinthians 5:10 it says we will be judged for all the good and bad things we have done. I know the Great White Throne Judgment judges the lost but I am saved and 2 Corinthians 5:10 says that in front of all believers we will be judge. If all our sins are broadcast live before all believers how is that heaven? How is that not painful? Makes me feel like I don’t want to go to heaven, but I also don’t want to go to hell, just wishing there was a 3rd option of not existing at all and no memory Can you tell me is our loving God that promise no pain in heaven and no tears in heaven is going to humiliate all of us before Jesus on His throne and in front of every body? Sounds horrible. I live out of state and don’t know how to ask Ed Taylor this question. Hope he reads it and answers it. Thanks and I also appreciate others who would like to share their thoughts and insights.
