In a world where success is often measured by fame, wealth, and social status, redefining what success is can be a liberating and transformative experience. We must revisit what it means to be successful, sorting out the world’s definition from God’s. Your pathway of leadership and servanthood depends upon it.  Success, in God’s eyes, is all that matters.  Freedom from guilt, shame, and even the pain of comparison is found as you begin to see your success as God does.

I want to challenge the traditional views that equate success with numbers and outward appearances instead of suggesting that success surrounds faithfulness, humility, and contentment.  I know you’ll be encouraged as you look to the Lord for your approval.  He readily gives it!

Matthew 25:21 (NKJV) “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’”
